George Kazantzopoulos, is the Environment Manager of the Environment Service of OLYMPIA ODOS S.A. since 2009 .

He is an international expert in the field of sustainable development and environmental protection, with experience in environmental impact studies, climate change, corporate social responsibility and environmental management systems, in the private and public sector.

He has served as the Environment Director of the Organizing Committee of the ATHENS 2004 Olympic Games from 1999 to 2004.

From 2000 to 2015 he was a member of the Environment Committee of the International Olympic Committee while he was a member of the Board of the National Center for the Environment and Sustainable Development and the Management Body of the Schinias National Park. He is the founder and president of the environmental ngo INSTITUTE TEAM FOR THE WORLD supporting the United Nations Development Goals.
