Vassilis Siadimas is Chairman of the Board of Directors of MOU SA since April 2023.

He holds a PhD at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Technology of the University of Patras on “Security and Protection of Real-Time Processes”. From 2013 until 2017 he was a founding member of a technical company based in Patras. At the same time, he has worked as an external collaborator-researcher in various research centers. From May 2020 until January 2022, he was vice-chairman of the Board of Directors at the company EYDAP Fixed Assets. During 2022, he worked in the defense industry.

Currently, Mr. Siadimas is a member of the Assembly Presidium at the Technical Chamber of Greece and has served as a member of its Executive Committee during 2021-2022
