Erifili Gounari is a 22 year old social media specialist, entrepreneur, and Forbes 30 under 30 Greece honouree. She is the Founder and CEO of The Z Link, the first Gen Z-led social media agency helping brands market to our generation of digital natives. Its aim is to bridge the gap between businesses and Gen Z, by optimizing their social media marketing strategies to communicate with this generation. They have worked with brands such as Hearst, Deloitte, the United Nations, and more. 

Erifili is also the Head of Social Media at Silicon Valley-based company SafetyWing, and a full-time MSc Strategic Marketing student at Imperial College London.
