Trantas is Professor of Management and Comparative Law Management\nof \u0397\u039c\u0395\u0399 Euelpidon Military School and he is Legal Advisor of\nHellenic Single Public Procurement Authority (H S P P A ). He is excellent\ngraduate of the Law School of EKPA and he has Ph D in law in\nUniversity of Heidelberg, while he was also a Scientific Assistant at\nUniversity of Potsdam\n \nHe was General Secretary of the International Center\nand European Law and Researcher at the Universities of Paris I,\nGeorge Washington, Georgetown and Geneva. Beyond his Doctoral dissertation he\nhas published four more monographs, two in German and two in Greek, and several articles in\nGreek, German and English.
