Lara Fleischer is a policy analyst at the OECD Centre on Well-being, Inclusion, Sustainability and Equal Opportunity (WISE), where she works with governments on developing better metrics of people\u2019s well-being and seeing how such evidence can transform policy design. She leads the OECD <\/span>How\u2019s Life?<\/span><\/i> report series, as well as a large project on the interlinkages between mental health and people\u2019s wider life experiences. Lara holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Oxford, and held previous positions at the Busara Center for Behavioural Economics in Nairobi and the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
