style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Department of Business Administration of Food and Agricultural Enterprises of the University of Patras. He holds an MSc in Marketing (University of Stirling, UK) and was awarded a PhD from the Athens University of Economics and Business. His primary research interests include the areas of consumer behavior, food &amp; beverage marketing, marketing and sustainability\/food waste and marketing communications.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">His research appears in the proceedings of several international conferences in Marketing, as well as in international journal outlets. He has served as a track chair, session chair, reviewer, and member on scientific and organizing committees of international conferences.
