Dr Liz Marr is Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Students) at The Open University. She has responsibility for all students facing development and enhancement, including student retention, progression, achievement and\u00a0satisfaction, widening access and success, employability, quality monitoring and enhancement and the Teaching Excellence Framework.<\/div>
Liz has over twenty years\u2019 experience in UK higher education and is co-author of \u2018Identity Crisis: Working in Higher Education in the 21st Century\u2019. She is the former managing editor of the journal \u2018Widening Participation and Lifelong Learning\u2019, an editorial board member of Learning and Teaching in the International Social Sciences (LATTISS) and a regular reviewer for Open Learning and EURODL.\u00a0 Liz is President of the European Association of Distance Teaching Universities.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
