Irini Frygana is a Strategy and Communications Consultant specializing in public affairs, policy analysis, strategic messaging, and the nonprofit sector. As a consultant at Stratego, a leading political strategy firm, she advises elected officials, political candidates, institutions and organizations. She is also a founding member and the Head of Strategy at WeFor, an NGO driving Gen Z engagement in societal change by addressing key political and social issues. She previously served as a Policy Advisor to the Municipality of Athens, where she also facilitated partnerships with an extensive network of NGOs and organized award- winning civic initiatives. With degrees in Political Science and Social Policy, a Master’s in Political Communication, and a second Master’s in Political Analysis in progress, she brings a strong academic foundation to her work.
