Mr. Theofanis Zacharatos is Scientific Associate in the Region of Western Greece and a Researcher at the Department of Business Administration of Food & Agricultural Enterprises of the University of Patras.  He is an economist with postgraduate studies in Business Administration, Finance and Banking. His research interests include consumer behaviour regarding food waste problem, sustainable consumption and sustainable development. In 2019 he received an EIT Climate KIC grant. He has participated in a number of conferences as a speaker and several articles of his have been published both in newspapers and scientific journals.
