Konstantinos Papachristopoulos
EU Project Expert, CocreateKonstantinos Papachristopoulos (Ph.D, CPhychol) has been working for Local Authorities, Developmental Agencies, NGOs, consultancy firms, employment/innovation centers and academic/adult education institutions since 2002. Kostas is a scientific expert in collective leadership and innovation initiatives, project development and idea generation and he is obsessed working with teams in organizations to bring innovation and positive social impact in life. He has been involved in numerous European projects related to social integration, social innovation, collaboration and creativity and collective leadership. He has been the scientific coordinator for more than 15 research and development projects and has participated in working groups of at least 30 European Programmes. He is an Expert in ESCO, Horizon 2020 and Culture Programme in European Commission. In Athens and Patras (GR) Kostas has been participated in many Migration & Social Integration projects (i.e. Relocation projects, Awareness Raising Campaigns for Migrants Integration, Crowd Sourcing, Integrated Social Services). He has provided lectures & workshops in courses/themes such as organizational psychology/behavior and collaboration, diversity management and creativity, human resources management and he has facilitated numerous workshops of employees and students for team building, conflict management, social skills and social innovation (i.e. Citylabs). Kostas has extensively published in themes such as social integration and human resource management and has been awarded as Chartered Psychologist by the British Psychological Association.
He has completed undergraduate studies in Psychology and Business Administration, postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management (M.Sc.), Counselling and Guidance (M.A.), Cultural Organizations Management (M.Sc.) and holds a Ph.D. in Social/Organizational Psychology. Kostas has been training on Systemic Approach in Social Systems in Athenian Institute of Anthropos (AKMA) for the last 10 years.
