Kostis is regarded as one of the pioneering investment experts who helped shape sustainability and impact investing in Europe. Over the last two decades, he has managed diversified impact portfolios with funds and direct investments in the hundreds of millions, targeting global environmental and social challenges. He has covered several areas of expertise including Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Project Finance, Fund, and Portfolio Management, among others, working with, among others, Lombard Odier, Bregal Energy / Good Energies of the COFRA Holding, Quadia and Alternative Bank Switzerland, before founding Swiss Impact Office in Zurich, a bespoke sustainability and impact-focused investment boutique.

He has been invited as a speaker in international events and conferences, organized impact events, published articles in electronic and print media, and held guest lectures in Swiss and European Universities.

He serves as Chairman of the Board of Generation Forest Invest, a biodiverse reforestation and carbon company, and established the Hellenic Impact Investing Network in 2018, an ecosystem-building platform for Greece and Southeast Europe.

He earned his Masters degree with magna cum laude in Economics & Finance at the University of Zurich, is Swiss and Greek, and resides in Zurich.
