Kyriakos Kenevezos
Former Ambassador, Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Athens
Kyriakos Kenevezos, born in 1972 in Limassol, is a Greek Cypriot lawyer and politician. He is a former Minister of Education and Culture of Cyprus and a former Ambassador to Greece, also accredited in Albania and Georgia. Distinguished in the political philosophy of law and international relations, he actively participates in academic and political conferences. He earned his PhD in the philosophy of international relations from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Kenevezos teaches International Relations and Organizations at the European University of Cyprus, regularly lectures, and writes about geopolitical developments in Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean. He is the President of René Descartes College at the French University CNAM and an advisor to the president of the AANG Group. He is married to Maria K. Chorianopoulou, an Assistant Professor at the University of Athens, and they have one daughter.
