Vladislava Gubalova is a Senior Fellow at the Centre for Global Europe at GLOBSEC. Her current research focus is on European foreign policy, European integration, and enlargement policy. In addition, Vladislava implements projects related to citizens’ engagement and participatory democracy and coordinates GLOBSEC’s CEE Her Initiative, amplifying the voices of women from Central and Eastern Europe. Vladislava holds a PhD in Philosophy (Political Science) from Southern Illinois University.
