Andreas Tsiliras is a Cultural Manager, MSc. Graduate of the Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Patras. With postgraduate studies in Environmental Sciences and Cultural Management, he is active in the fields of communication, publishing and adult education. Since 2004 he has been working as project manager of national and European projects in the fields of culture, communication and environmental awareness. He is the founder of “To Donti” Publishing and co-founder of the company “Mosaic // Culture and Creativity”. He is the author of four books.
