George N. Trantas is Professor of Management and Comparative Law Management of ΗΜΕΙ Euelpidon Military School and he is Legal Advisor of Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority (H S P P A ). He is excellent graduate of the Law School of EKPA and he has Ph D in law in University of Heidelberg, while he was also a Scientific Assistant at University of Potsdam He was General Secretary of the International Center and European Law and Researcher at the Universities of Paris I, George Washington, Georgetown and Geneva. Beyond his Doctoral dissertation he has published four more monographs, two in German and two in Greek, and several articles in Greek, German and English. He is a lawyer specializing in public affairs of law.
