Dr. Ioulia Poulaki is an Assistant Professor in the department of Tourism Management at the University of Patras, and a member of the Laboratory of Information Systems and Forecasts in Tourism (TourISFlab). Her research interests focus on the fields of air transport demand forecasting and revenue management, distribution channels of tourism services, digital tourism and tourism development. Her papers have been published in international scientific journals, collective volumes and conference proceedings. She is also a member of scientific committees in tourism related international journals and conferences.
