Dr Elissavet Feloni is adjunct lecturer at the Department of Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering, University of West Attica. As a postdoctoral researcher, she collaborates on projects with the Centre for Hydrology and Informatics (Department of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering, School of Civil Engineering, National Technical University of Athens), with the Laboratory of Climatology and Atmospheric Environment (Faculty of Geology and Geoenvironment, University of Athens) and she is a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering (Cyprus University of Technology) with a full postdoctoral scholarship by the Bodossaki Foundation. She holds Bachelor in Geology and Geoenvironment from School of Science (NKUA), MSc in Water Resources Science & Technology (NTUA), MSc in Prevention & Management of Natural Disasters (NKUA) and PhD from the School of Civil Engineering (NTUA) that was financially supported by the Onassis Foundation Scholarships Program. She has over eight years of experience as a researcher in EU and GR funded research projects in the research fields of water resources management, hydrology, hydrometeorology, climate change, floods, renewable energy and relevant GIS applications. She has co-authored more than 40 articles in international peer-review journals and international conferences and is a reviewer on numerous scientific journals.
