Mary Triantafyllopoulou was born in Piraeus, in 1959. She studied Technological Engineering with a focus on transportation and irrigation projects. She currently lives in Kos, where she works as a Winemaker and Hotelier.
She is married to businessman Antonis Triantafyllopoulos and is a mother of 4 children. She actively participates in training programs, workshops, seminars and national and international conferences, focusing on the interconnection of the institutions related to her fields.
Her roles include:
- President of the Hotel Association of Kos
- President of the Association of Wine Growers of the Aegean Islands (ENOANA)
- Vice-president of the Hellenic Wine Association (HEO)
- Member of the Board of Directors of the National Interprofessional Vine and Wine Association (EDOAO)
- President of the National Committee for Wine Tourism
Since 2011, she has held the title of Ambassador of Women’s Entrepreneurship in the EU.
