Since April 2017 Nelly has been the President and CEO of the Social Cooperative Enterprise “Phaos” which is based in Kalamata. Upon leaving the banking sector, she created with her team and with a private initiative the first entrepreneurship incubator in the Peloponnese region, “House by Phaos”. She mentors young social entrepreneurs, runs the multi-venue House by Phaos and the coworking space Officium, mobilizes people towards volunteering. A volunteer and active citizen herself, she envisions a better society based on giving and creating. With studies in Business Administration, holder of the Executive Diploma in Banking and Finance, certified in Social Economy and Entrepreneurship and in Event Management, restless spirit, with a high sense of responsibility, she constantly acquires new roles that keep her active. In her view, innovation as a method and as a process for achieving goals in all sectors (business, environment, accessibility, culture, tourism, processes) can contribute decisively to the formation of a new society that starts from education and extends to all layers of society.
