Stavros Moschos is a PhD candidate at the University of Patras, School of Agricultural Sciences, Department of Food Science and Technology. Graduated in 2019 from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with an Integrated Master in Agriculture with specialization in Food Science and Technology. His research interests include food safety culture and food safety and quality management systems issues on food business sector. Also he is a Food Safety Management Systems Lead Auditor at EUROCERT S.A. His professional experience has operated in recognized Greek food manufacturing companies (Delta Foods SA, EJ Papadopoulos SA) where he has held positions in quality control and quality assurance. He has attended many seminars on the field of Food Science and Nutrition.
