Mr. Theofanis Zacharatos is an economist with postgraduate studies in Business Administration, Finance, and Banking. Presently, he is a Ph.D. researcher at the University of Patras, where his research concentrates on consumer behaviour regarding food waste problem, sustainable development, and the circular economy. With extensive professional experience spanning both the public and private sectors, as well as research programs in Greece and abroad, he currently serves as a scientific associate to the Governor of the Region of Western Greece.
