Angelika Tzemou is a member of the Board of Directors, Head of Human Resources, and Chair of the Inclusion and Diversity Council at Bayer Greece, with more than 20 years of international experience in people strategy and cultural transformation for global and regional brands, having lived and worked in Greece, the UK and Denmark. Passionate about ESG strategy and accelerating the transition to a sustainable future, she pioneered programmes that radiated societal value creation, human rights, equity and inclusion, and employee welfare.  Prior to joining Bayer, she was based in Denmark, where she was responsible for Human Resources across 13 countries for LEO Pharma. She is CIPD-accredited, with a Master’s in Human Resource Management and a degree in Sociology. She holds qualifications in corporate governance, sustainability leadership and corporate responsibility, and organisational agility.
