Katerina Sotiropoulou holds a PhD in Social Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behavior from University of Patras. She is a graduate of the Department of International and European Economic Studies at the Athens University of Economics and Business, with postgraduate studies in Banking and Adult Education. Currently, she is a collaborating researcher at the Laboratory of Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation of University of Patras as well as at the University of the Peloponnese. In parallel, she serves as a Business Advisor, providing consulting to businesses and organizations on business planning, digital transformation, developmental strategy, professional development, and European funding. She has extensive experience in coordinating a wide range of EU projects including Erasmus, AMIF, Interreg etc. She has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Western Greece Technological Educational Institute and Training Director at Olympic Training and Consulting Ltd. She has served as evaluator of European projects in the field of youth, and expert at the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP). She also has extensive experience in distance education, adult education, and counseling, collaborating with the Koinoniko Polykentro, the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government, the Hellenic Confederation of Commerce and Entrepreneurship, and the Hellenic Management Association. She has published articles in scientific journals on topics related to social entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, education, and skills development.
