Georgios Panagiotopoulos is the Vice Rector for Planning, Digital Modernization, and Infrastructure Development at the University of Patras, and a Professor in the Department of History and Archaeology, specializing in ‘Human Resources Management, Development, Education, and Lifelong Learning.’
His research focuses on the fields of education, professional development, and human resource management, covering topics such as human resource administration, staff training and development, lifelong learning and vocational training, adult education, communication and management, as well as employment promotion policies and strategies, particularly for vulnerable social groups.
He has been actively involved in numerous research projects and has a rich and multifaceted body of work, including the authorship of academic books and chapters in edited volumes.
