From 2016-18, he served as European affairs analyst at Policy Insight. Thereafter, we as the evaluator and researcher of European Commission transport and communication policies at an international consultancy.

Co-founder and board member of the Strategies 2050 Institute. At the Institute, he was responsible for research on Poland’s energy transition, the National Reconstruction Plan and EU policy. In the 2023 parliamentary campaign, member of the staff of Poland 2050 and the Third Way responsible for substantive communication.

Author and co-author of numerous reports summarising Poland’s achievements in the EU and the legislative activities of the EU institutions

He has worked, among others, with the Batory Foundation, the In.Europa Institute and the Schuman Foundation.

Graduate of the College of Europe in Natolin, Dublin’s Trinity College and Charles University in Prague.
