Konstantinos Makedos, MBA, MSc., President of TMEDE and First Vice-Chairperson of Attica Bank S.A.

Under his leadership, TMEDE became the 1st integrated digital services provider in its sector and attained full membership in the prestigious European Association of Guarantee Institutions (AECM). He strategically amplified TMEDE’s lending role through the establishment of TMEDE Microfinance Solutions, in conjunction with a joint fund with the Hellenic Development Bank, facilitating working capital of up to €400,000 for SMEs.

Mr. Makedos’s distinguished career includes prior tenures as Chairperson of Attica Bank and Vice-Chairperson of Pancreta Bank. He is an elected member of the Panhellenic Delegation of the Technical Chamber of Greece and has held significant leadership roles, notably as President of the former engineers’ insurance fund, ETAA/TSMEDE. His professional experience encompasses substantial involvement in major infrastructure projects, where he has served as a designer and technical consultant.
