Marica Labrou is Senior Business Advisor and Author of the book "Secrets of Success for Family Businesses in the New Era’’;. She is a BoD member at DEPA, TEKA and EYDAP. In the past, she was a BoD member for Entersoft & Focus Bari. She has more than 35 years of successful executive experience in major multinational and Greek companies (BSH, HP, Microsoft, SingularLogic, Intersys, KAFKAS), 15 years as Managing Director and CEO. During the last 5 years she has been offering consulting services to medium and large family enterprises.

She has a degree in Chemical Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration (MBA).

She is a member of CGI (Corporate Governance Institute), WCD (Women Corporate Directors), NED Club (Association of Non-Executive Board Members), mentor at Endeavor and WoT (Women on Top), and member of the Advisory Board of Envolve Entrepreneurship. Until February 2021 she was the Vice President of ACEO (Association of CEOs in Greece).
