Nikos Fifis is a multifaceted individual with diverse expertise in law, marketing, and non-profit organizations. He is the Founder & Managing Director of Because Group, a global creative marketing agency based in Athens, working with ambitious brands that seek to redefine their industries through bold strategy, storytelling, and design.

Under his leadership, Because Group has collaborated with leading brands such as Kawasaki, Brixton Motorcycles, and InterContinental Hotel— delivering brand identities, creative campaigns, and digital experiences across sectors including hospitality, real estate, automotive, and professional services. The agency is known for its human-centered approach, blending creativity with strategy to help businesses drive real impact.

In addition to his agency work, Nikos serves as a Career Advisor at Rome Business School, mentoring master’s students and young professionals on career development, personal branding, and entrepreneurship.

He is also the Co-Founder & Executive Director of WeFor, an NGO dedicated to tackling significant social and political challenges in Greece, mobilizing youth, and creating dialogue on critical issues.

Previously, he served as the Vice President of the International Board of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) in Brussels, representing over 60,000 members across Europe.
