Nikos Matsankos is a Design & Project Manager with over 8 years of experience in digital tool and experience design, visual communication, and branding. He is board member at InterMediaKT, which combines technology with non-formal education for equal opportunities to everyone, and at the same time is co-founder of Openous, an NGO active in education, mental health, and social inclusion, as well as Starsleep, a startup that promotes innovation in outdoor sleep and wellbeing through technology.

He has participated in more than 50 European projects, designing e-learning tools, websites, campaigns, and visual identities with social impact. Through collaborations with European and national organizations, he has contributed to the development of interactive e-learning platforms, websites, videos, and awareness campaigns that drive change. At the same time, he has supported sports federations and organizations in securing sponsorships, strengthening the connection between business and the world of sports.

Nikos holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems and is currently completing an MSc in Sport Management, with a strong interest in the intersection of sports, technology, and user experience. With a solid network, long-standing involvement in impactful projects, and proven skills in visual identity creation, he aims to support organizations and startups with innovative, sustainable, and accessible solutions.
