Theodore Kounas possesses over 21 years of experience across various sectors, including finance, information technology, and the development or establishment of businesses and products.​

Throughout these years, he has held a wide range of leadership and executive roles within an international context, serving as CEO, General Manager, International Groups Advisor, and founder of businesses (EveryPay S.A., Profilency, Printec, Iproject, Piraeus Bank) with significant results in company growth, and the innovation of products and services.​

​Additionally, he has invested in various startups and co-founded the Blutopia group (Blutopia.io).​

​He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester, with degrees in Business Administration and Information Systems. Furthermore, he is a certified Investment Consultant by the Bank of Greece and a Chartered Manager (CMI L.7 – Strategic Management and Leadership) from the Chartered Management Institute in England.​
