As the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Director of Shenergy Global, she leads an international NGO dedicated to women’s professional advancement, an organization with a global network of 50,000+ members, facilitating partnerships with multinational corporations, government institutions, and leading non-profits across multiple regions. She has worked extensively in public-private sector collaboration, securing funding and implementing economic development and workforce intergration programs—most notably in sustainable finance and rural community engagement. Her background includes work in trade policy analysis and high-level political communications, while she has also contributed to discussions on WTO negotiations, EU trade policies, arms control, and global economic affairs. Beyond her work in public affairs and stakeholder engagement, Zafeiria has consulted for over 25 businesses in the luxury and lifestyle sectors, specializing in digital strategy, brand positioning, and content distribution. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the International University in Geneva, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and a Valedictorian Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
